PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minutes creation support device, a minutes creation support system, and a program for minutes creation capable of creating minutes by extracting important parts of a conference.;SOLUTION: A minutes creation support device (server 100) comprises: detection means (conversation concentration degree calculation unit 840) for detecting a status in which a conversation is established among attendants in a conference; recording means (data storage unit 920) for recording voice of the attendants in the conference; extraction means (extraction unit 850) for, on the basis of a detection result showing an establishment status of the conversation by the detection means, extracting specific voice from the voice recorded in the recording means; and minutes creation means for creating minutes of the conference by using the specific voice.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
