PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ground and immediately perform collection and sucking of sediment in parallel.;SOLUTION: A first opening/closing member 13 and a second opening/closing member 14 are opened/closed respectively by rotation of the first opening/closing member 13 and rotation of the second opening/closing member 14 around a rotating shaft 24 provided at respective one end sides of the first opening/closing member 13 and the second opening/closing member 14, and sediment is sucked from suction ports 17 provided in the respective other end sides of the first opening/closing member 13 and the second opening/closing member 14. The sediment is pushed-in to the positions of the suction ports 17 while being collected between the first opening/closing member 13 and the second opening/closing member 14 by grounding the other end sides of the first opening/closing member 13 and the second opening/closing member 14 and then closing the first opening/closing member 13 and the second opening/closing member 14, and the pushed-in sediment is sucked from the suction ports 17.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
