An improved heating device is also provided which allows a better transfer of generated heat to components to be repaired or manufactured. A heating device is provided for use during repair or manufacture of wind turbine generator components, particularly rotor blades of wind turbine generators. The heating device includes a mat (110) including at least one circulation passage (120) opened toward one side surface and a vacuum tube (121) in the at least one circulation passage (120). The at least one circumferential passage (120) divides the mat (110) into a first part (130) and a second part (140). A heating unit (150) is provided in the region of the first portion (130).
