PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test data generation device, a test data generation program and a test data generation method that enable detection of mismatch between a specification and a generated program.;SOLUTION: A test data generation device comprises: a generation unit for generating a combination condition by combining a specification condition and an implementation condition, using a sufficiency value generation unit to obtain a sufficiency resolution of a variable included in the combination condition and generating test data information upon associating the sufficiency resolution with the specification condition and the implementation condition; an exclusive specification condition detection unit for generating a combination condition that shows a combination condition for two different specification conditions, using the sufficiency value generation unit to obtain the sufficiency resolution of the variable included in the combination condition, detecting a combination condition with no sufficiency resolution and specifying the detected combination condition to be an exclusive specification condition; and a test case detection unit for, with reference to the test data information, detecting whether or not each of the two specification conditions included in the exclusive specification condition has the sufficiency resolution to the implementation condition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
