PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stretching of an optical fiber carrying an optical signal sent to a terahertz transmitter or a terahertz receiver, or to stretch the optical fiber so that the terahertz receiver is synchronized with the terahertz transmitter by the optical signal.;SOLUTION: A system for reducing effects relating to the stretching of the optical fiber includes an optical control unit for outputting the optical signal, the terahertz receiver and the terahertz transmitter both being optically coupled to an optical source, and an element for sending the optical signal to both the terahertz transmitter and the terahertz receiver so that the terahertz receiver is synchronized with the terahertz transmitter by the optical signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
