PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device capable of fabricating split armature iron cores, which can increase the fabrication number of core pieces to achieve improvement in productivity, and can obtain a rotary electric machine whose torque pulsation is hard to occur.;SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a split armature iron core includes a press die 71 and split armature iron ores 4. The press die 71 includes: a core piece punching region on the steel plate carry-in port side in which back yoke formation parts are directed to the steel plate carry-in port 50a side and arranged side by side in the width direction of steel plate 15, and a plurality of core pieces 17 of one row 51 are punched; and a core piece punching region on the steel plate carry-out side in which the back yoke formation parts are directed to the steel plate carry-out port 50b side and arranged side by side in the width direction of the steel plate 15, and the plurality of core pieces 17 of the other row 52 are punched.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
