PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a man-hour of test design when software running on a server is tested from a client.;SOLUTION: In an exhaustivity rate measurement device 40, a trace log extraction part 41 extracts a trace log to be analyzed from a trace log stored in a trace log storage part 35, a parameter extraction part 42 extracts a parameter appearing on a picture to be analyzed from the trace log to be analyzed, and a test data generation part 43 generates test data including a parameter specified as an object to be analyzed among parameters and a parameter value input to the parameter. An input/output control part 46 receives analysis setting information on a range, a border value, etc., of an equivalence class used for an equivalence partitioning method or an All-pair method.
