PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel process optimizing program, a parallel process optimizing method, and an information processing device, enabling quick acquisition of the number of cores capable of executing parallel process at high efficiency.SOLUTION: A specification part 50, in a case where a predetermined number of processes which are executed in parallel are allocated to a core at the same degree by changing the number of processes which are allocated within a range of the number of a plurality of cores 24 that can execute parallel processing, specifies the number of cores with which process is executed. A decision part 51, among the number of specified cores, decides the number of cores for highest process performance as the number of cores for executing parallel processing.
