PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce degrees of freedom of an equation to be used for analysis.SOLUTION: An analytic model of a cylindrical tank 1 made into axis symmetric for a z-axis is set in an xyz coordinate space. For a space around the tank 1 which is considered as an analytic area of a fluid motion, cylindrical coordinates using a straight line connecting a point positioned on the ground at a blast source set as x=xand the center of the bottom surface of the tank 1 is set. Thus, an ordinary differential equation of time regarding generalization coordinates is calculated for flow rate components and dynamic pressure of fluid in the analytic area of the fluid motion by grasping the analytic area of the fluid motion as a non-uniform space where an inner diameter rdisplaces at a position corresponding to an outer surface of the tank 1 in a section where the tank 1 is present in an x-axis direction, and grasping the fluid motion as a problem that pressure waves of a blast generated at the blast source propagate in the non-uniform space, and pressure of the fluid acting on the position corresponding to the outer surface of the tank 1 is calculated by solving the ordinary differential equation.
