TUNABLE DIPLEXER AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL USING TUNABLE DIPLEXER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunable diplexer for performing carrier aggregation in two selected bands, and a mobile communication terminal.SOLUTION: A tunable diplexer comprises: a common terminal 1; a first input/output terminal 2; a second input/output terminal 3; an HPF that has variable capacity, is connected between the common terminal 1 and the first input/output terminal 2, and has variable frequency characteristic; and an LPF that has variable capacity, is connected between the common terminal 1 and the second input/output terminal 3, and has variable frequency characteristic. The HPF is higher in a cut-off frequency than the LPF. About both HPF and LPF, the capacitance value of the variable capacity is controlled so that the frequency characteristic will correspond to any one frequency band of the two selected bands.
