PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously predict rainfall flowing into a rainwater treatment plant by using a simple device, to reduce operator's burden in the rainwater treatment plant without requiring periodical maintenance or the like, and to reduce risk of workers working in sewage pipes or the like.;SOLUTION: A rainfall alarm apparatus includes: a reservoir tank having an outlet formed on the bottom to reserve rainwater; a water level measuring instrument arranged in the reservoir tank and having a plurality of electrodes of which the positions of respective chip parts are mutually different to detect the amount of rainwater reserved in the reservoir tank; and a radio transmitter having an alarm notification device electrically connected to the water level measuring instrument.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
