PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high sensitivity biosensing technology of injurious microorganisms which works rapidly and simply as compared with a conventional method.SOLUTION: A first particle loaded with a first probe on its surface and having magnetism, and a second particle consisting of a metal nano particle loaded with a second probe and an electrochemical active substance on its surface are used to form a complex in which the first particle and the second particle are linked through DNA of a target microorganism by hybridizing the DNA to the two probes. The electrochemical active substance is detected by collecting complexes using a magnetic interaction and by subjecting the collected complexes to an electrochemistry measurement.
