PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nickel-zinc-copper (NiZnCu) system ferrite composition and a laminate type chip element using the same.;SOLUTION: The NiZnCu system ferrite composition, the laminate type chip element, and a toroidal core using the same is characterized by containing 0.001 to 0.3 pts.wt. of a divalent metal, 0.001 to 0.3 pts.wt. of a trivalent metal, and 0.001 to 0.5 pts.wt. of a tetravalent metal relative to 100 pts.wt. of a main component containing 47.0 to 50.0 mol.% of Fe2O3, 15.0 to 27.0 mol.% of NiO, 18.0 to 25.0 mol.% of ZnO, 7.0 to 13.0 mol.% of CuO. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide the ferrite composition excellent in a quality coefficient Q property by including the divalent, trivalent, and tetravalent metals in the NiZnCu ferrite. Further, it is possible to provide the toroidal core and the laminate type chip element excellent in a sintering property, a magnetic permeability, and the quality coefficient Q property by using the ferrite composition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
