PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend an insulation life of a coil insulation coating by suppressing temperature rising of a coil without being affected by a number of revolution of a motor shaft.;SOLUTION: A coil end oil-cooled structure of a motor/generator MG includes: a rotor core 26 fitted to an output shaft MS of the motor/generator MG; a stator coil 23 wound around stator teeth of a stator 22; and a coil end cooling path 30 for supplying pressurized coil from an oil pressure source to a coil end 23a of the stator coil 23. As the oil pressure source, there are provided a mechanical oil pump MOP which is driven by rotation of the output shaft MS, and an electric oil pump EOP which is driven by an independent pump motor PM which does not depend on the rotation of the output shaft MS. An oil controller 10 is provided which performs control for driving the pump motor PM of the electric oil pump EOP while the output shaft MS is not rotated or while the output shaft MS is in a low-rotation and a high-load operation state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
