PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic method of easily and precisely diagnosing whether an oil-immersed electrical apparatus which includes insulation oil inside has an internal abnormality, the type and development of the internal abnormality.;SOLUTION: The diagnostic method includes: calculating the dissolution amount of combustible gas dissolved in each insulation oil and taking main-component analysis for a plurality of oil-immersed electrical apparatuses such that whether internal abnormalities occur and kinds of the internal abnormalities are known and the abnormalities occur together; and calculating factor load amounts of a first main component and a second main component. The diagnostic method then includes; calculating the dissolution amount of combustible gas of an oil-immersed electrical apparatus to be analyzed; and calculating the first main component and the second main component of the oil-immersed electrical apparatus based upon the dissolution amount of combustible gas and the factor load amounts. The diagnostic method further includes diagnosing the oil-immersed electrical apparatus has an internal abnormality based upon the calculated first main component and second main component. The diagnostic method furthermore includes diagnosing the kind and development of the internal abnormality of the oil-immersed electrical apparatus based upon temporal increase amounts of the first main component and second main component.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
