PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new means for rapidly and readily determining the drug resistivity of tubercule bacillus. PSOLUTION: A test fragment for determining the drug resistivity of the tubercule bacillus has at least one probe immobilized thereon. The at least one probe comprises an oligonucleotide hybridizable with an arbitrary region of a drug resistant gene. The region has a position of mutation associated with the drug resistivity of the tubercule bacillus, and a base at the position of the mutation is a wild type or a variant type.
