PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-curable acrylic heat-conduction composition which contains a primary antioxidant and a secondary antioxidant and is in particular, suitable for an acrylic heat-conductive sheet, and which allows the formation of an acrylic heat-conductive sheet preventing deterioration of flexibility by heat and oxygen.SOLUTION: The photo-curable acrylic heat-conduction composition suitable for an acrylic heat-conductive sheet includes a (meth)acrylate monomer, and 300-2000 pts.mass of a heat conductive filler, 0.5-7.0 pts.mass of a photo-radical polymerization initiator, 0.5-4.0 pts.mass of a primary antioxidant, 0.5-8.0 pts.mass of a secondary antioxidant, and 0.1-4.0 pts.mass of a thermal deterioration inhibitor, to 100 pts.mass of the (meth)acrylate monomer.
