METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PAD FOR NON-CONTACT POWER SUPPLY, PAD FOR NON-CONTACT POWER SUPPLY MANUFACTURED BY THAT MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND NON-CONTACT CHARGING SYSTEM OF FORKLIFT USING THAT PAD FOR NON-CONTACT POWER SUPPLY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a pad for non-contact power supply in which misalignment is less likely to occur between two coils and a magnetic material.SOLUTION: A magnetic material 7 is arranged on a floor panel 5 so as to be positioned for a first direction forming a magnetic flux path and a second direction orthogonal thereto, by a plurality of auxiliary members 6 for positioning. Subsequently, an adhesive resin is injected into a space surrounded by the floor panel 5 and a side plate 8 provided on the periphery thereof. Thereafter, two coils 9, 10 wound spirally are arranged side by side in the first direction, so that the central parts thereof are superposed on the magnetic material 7. Finally, the space surrounded by the floor panel 5 and side plate 8 is covered with a lid 11.
