PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a third person from canceling a lock state.;SOLUTION: A reporting section 16 reports identification information identifying information selected according to a predetermined selection scheme from among a plurality of information being displayed by a display section 12 to a report target person so as not to be sensed by a report non-target person in a lock state. A receiving section 18 receives an instruction numerical value instructed in the lock state. A canceling section 20 cancels the lock state in the case where the instruction numerical value received by the receiving section 18 is matched with an arithmetic result obtained by arithmetically operating a specific numerical value and a predetermined password number using a predetermined operator.
