PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of an ocean wind power generation facility, capable of improving safety and economical efficiency in installing the ocean wind power generation facility.SOLUTION: In an installation method of an ocean wind power generation facility 10 corresponding to the present invention: frame means 20 in which a lower structure 11 is laid and stored is mounted on a fulcrum X supported by a barge 40 transporting at least the lower structure 11 of the ocean wind power generation facility 10; buoyancy is adjusted by buoyancy imparting means 30 provided in the frame means 20; the frame means 20 is slid and/or rotated by an action of the fulcrum X to stand the frame means 20 together with the lower structure 11; and the lower structure 11 is erected and installed.
