PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking implement capable of stably holding a bicycle different in wheel size in general use in spite of an extremely simple configuration, and to provide a space-saving bicycle parking facility using the bicycle parking implements.SOLUTION: A bicycle parking implement 10 holding a bicycle on an installation surface S in a rising state is provided with: a holding member 1 holding a wheel W of the bicycle; and a connection member 2 connecting the hold member 1 to an attached member P. The holding member 1 comprises a rod-shaped molding having: a pair of inclination parts 11 disposed on both sides with the wheel W sandwiched and inclining at an acute angle to the installation surface S; a folding back part 12 disposed on one end side of each inclination part 11, and continuously connecting the respective inclination parts 11; and a connection part 13 extending to a direction different from the inclination part 11 from the other end part of the inclination part 11, and connected to the connection member 2. In a bicycle parking facility 100, a plurality of bicycle parking implements 10 are connected to the rod-shaped attached member P in which the long direction is installed in parallel to the installation surface S at intervals in the long direction of the attached member P.
