PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant liquid stagnation preventing device preventing the generation of liquid stagnation phenomenon recovering chlorofluorocarbon being the refrigerant when exchanging a compressor or others by the maintenance and inspection of a refrigerating cycle.;SOLUTION: The device includes heating facilities 300 for heating an accumulator 22 arranged in the refrigerating cycle 200 and recovering facilities 400 of the refrigerant 21. The device is provided with a heating container 37 comprising a flexible material flexibly bendable contacting the outer surface of a bottom part 22b of the accumulator 22 and being restored to a predetermined shape. The heating container 37 is restored to the predetermined shape by fluid 33 heated to the predetermined temperature by the heating facilities 300 when operating the recovering facilities 400, and thereby the refrigerant 21 in the accumulator 22 is heated by the fluid 33 and recovered without generating a liquid stagnation phenomenon.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
