PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common platform of a radio base station to a wireless system having two or more different sampling frequencies.SOLUTION: The radio base station transmitting and receiving signal of a plurality of different wireless system to/from a radio terminal using a plurality of carriers includes a radio unit. The radio unit includes a sampling configuration part presetting setting information about an up-sampling and a downsampling each combination of a plurality of different wireless system and a plurality of carriers and controlling an up-sampling processing part and a downsampling processing part of the radio unit based on the setting information, and shares sampling frequencies of signals of a plurality of different wireless system using a plurality of carriers by controlling the sampling configuration.
