PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-virus coating having virus inactivating potentials irrespective of the presence of an envelope in a shorter time than heretofore, and to provide a member coated with the coating, followed by drying. PSOLUTION: There are provided an anti-virus coating characterized by comprising a mono valent copper compound as an active ingredient for inactivating the virus, and the fiber structure characterized by coating and drying the anti-virus coating on the fiber structure.
