Method and the device for the uplink MIMO transmission in the wireless communication system are offered. Especially, extended pilot standard can be offered in order to make the improvement of data rate with the secondary stream possible. The primary stream which concretely, the primary hypothetical antenna (610) with is offered includes, extended primary data channel E-DPDCH (624), first-order control channel DPCCH (622), and extended first-order control channel E-DPCCH (614). Furthermore, the secondary hypothetical antenna (612) with the secondary stream which is offered includes extended secondary data channel S-E-DPDCH (620) and secondary control channel S-DPCCH (618). Here, secondary control channel S-DPCCH (618), at the power level which was reinforced vis-a-vis the standard power level which is decided, it can be transmitted.
