PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which limits manual operations on building facilities from the perspective of power-saving.;SOLUTION: A building facility management device 10 is connected with a control panel 31 which controls building facilities that are manually operated, and via the control panel 31, acquires a personal ID of an operator read from a non-contact type card 20 storing the personal ID by a touch panel mounted liquid crystal reader 30, and a facility ID for identifying a building facility which can be manually operated from the touch panel mounted liquid crystal reader 30. Then, when authentication of the personal ID is successful, on the basis of authority associated with the personal ID, the building facility management device 10 receives a setting value input via the touch panel mounted liquid crystal reader 30, and compares the setting value with a limit value associated with the facility ID. When it is determined that the setting value satisfies the limit value, the building facility management device 10 transmits the setting value as setting control information to the control panel 31, and performs control of the building facility via the control panel 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
