PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incineration disposal device and incineration disposal method of a chromium-containing waste liquid, capable of reliably treating detoxification without complicating treatment facilities or increasing running cost when the chromium-containing waste liquid is disposed by incineration.;SOLUTION: A waste liquid containing chromium is supplied to an incinerator 1 together with a waste liquid containing a sulfur compound, and is incinerated.
