PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suitably measuring the concentration of halogen molecules in a halogen compound.;SOLUTION: The concentration of halogen molecules in a halogen compound with a boiling point of 60°C or less is measured. A liquid 50 of the halogen compound is prepared. Then, an introduction step is performed in which a gas obtained by vaporization of the liquid 50 of the halogen compound is introduced into a reagent 30 which reacts with halogen molecules and changes in color tone. The color tone of the reagent 30 is measured with a spectrophotometer, and the concentration of halogen molecules included in the halogen compound is calculated on the basis of the measured color tone.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
