PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of an egg under incubation not generating erroneous determination caused by internal shaking of an egg under incubation generated by conveyance of a setter tray.;SOLUTION: An inspection device 1 of an egg under incubation includes a measuring part 10 for measuring a vital sign of a plurality of eggs E under incubation stopped on a measurement place 13, and a determination part 5 for determining the quality of each egg E under incubation by the vital sign measured by the measuring part 10.
