PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small size flow rate measurement device etc. capable of reducing high frequency waves.SOLUTION: The flow rate measurement device includes: a housing which stores a sensor for detecting flow rate of a measurement object; a radiation conductor which is electrically connected to a power supply circuit on the first circuit board to emit a high frequency signal as a radio wave; a conductive member electrically connected to the power supply circuit; and a high frequency signal isolation circuit which is disposed between the power supply circuit and the conductive member to electrically isolates the power supply circuit relevant to the high frequency signal from the conductive member.
