PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission system that connects a logical path of a communication network and a logical path of a transmission network using resources of the transmission network efficiently relative to a request of dynamic bandwidth guarantee from the communication network while restraining the load of a management server.;SOLUTION: A transmission system comprises: a plurality of transmission devices that are constituent elements of a transmission network; a plurality of communication devices that are constituent elements of a communication network; and a management computer. The transmission system is characterized by dynamically constructing a logical path using a path different from a specified default path as a logical path in the transmission network if the surplus bandwidth of a default path is smaller than a guaranteed bandwidth included in control information and if information on an already dynamically constructed logical path meets a condition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
