PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of interpolation data by executing proper interpolation processing, according to a deficiency pattern.;SOLUTION: A data collection and control device comprises: energy consumption quantity collection means for collecting total energy consumption quantity data of each group which is obtained by dividing a plurality of devices into one or more groups and individual energy consumption quantity data of the device belonging to each group in a prescribed cycle; deficiency data interpolation means for calculating interpolation data by interpolation processing predetermined for each deficiency pattern when data deficiency is detected in data collected by the energy consumption quantity collection means; and display means for identifying and displaying data normally collected by the energy consumption quantity collection means and the interpolation data calculated by the deficiency data interpolation means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
