PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast organization support apparatus and method capable of achieving cast organization, considering connection difficulty between different steel types, and a computer program.;SOLUTION: A cast organization support apparatus includes: calculating an adjacent frequency representing the frequency that the selected steel type is adjacent to other steel type when casting a steel type selected by a user, based on results that several kinds of steel types are cast consecutively (S205 and S210); furthermore, calculating connection difficulty representing the difficulty of connection between both steel types, based on the casting frequency between the adjacent frequency and the other steel type (S206 and S211); and displaying adjacent steel type information containing the calculated connection difficulty in an image display section (S213).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
