PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the images of an artery and an artery to clearly be provided when reconstructing non-contrast blood vessel image even if difference of blood velocity between the artery and the vein is small.SOLUTION: A phase image of the diastole and a phase image of the systole are obtained from diastolic image and systolic image of the subject respectively, to produce the phase mask from the phase image of the systole and the phase image of the diastole. The mask processing is performed on the systolic image or the diastolic image using the phase mask, and the artery image is obtained on the basis of an image after the mask processing.
