METHOD OF REMOVING INSULATION LAYER IN INSULATION WIRE, AND INSULATION LAYER REMOVAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and promptly remove an insulation layer closer to a front end than a cut with respect to an insulation wire in which the cut is formed in a circumferential direction in the insulation layer of a portion closer to the front end.;SOLUTION: An insulation layer removal device is used which is configured to mutually separate tips 22 of a pair of claw members 20 which are closed by a spring 26, by pushing in an insulation wire 200 from a front end 202 against the spring 26. The insulation wire 200 is moved forward and pushed in from the front end 202 to mutually between the tips 22, such that a cut 207 is located at the same position as that of the tip 22, and the insulation wire 200 is then pulled back. In such a process, the tip 22 is caused to enter the cut 207 by an action of the spring 26 in the end of pushing-in. The tip 22 is then engaged to a rear end 203 of an insulation layer 205b subjected to removal positioned closer to the front end, and the insulation wire is pulled back in such a state. Thus, the insulation layer 205b subjected to removal is removed from the front end of the insulation wire.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
