PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torso dimension-measuring device that does not become large-size, has simple structure and further has configuration enabling the cost rise thereof to be suppressed, and to provide a body fat-measuring device employing the torso dimension-measuring device.SOLUTION: The torso dimension-measuring device includes: a light reflecting unit 120 that is disposed at the navel 305n of the subject; a contact unit 130 that is disposed on the side surface of the subject's torso 305; a support 101 that has a contact detector 140 for detecting contact with the contact unit 130 and extends in the vertical direction; a measurement bar 102, which is supported to be rotatable with respect to the support 101 in the up-down direction with a first supported point A1 as the center and which extends above the subject's torso; a light sensor 103 that is held on the measurement bar 102 positioned above the subject's torso and is held rotatably with a second supported point A2 as the center so as to hang down in the direction of gravity; and angle sensors S1, S2 that are provided on at least either the first supported point A1 or the second supported point A2.
