PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handwritten signature acquisition device preventing the alteration or forgery of a signature on slip format data.SOLUTION: The handwritten signature acquisition device comprises a touch panel, a signature image acquisition part, an alteration determination part, an identification information acquisition part, and a composition part. The signature image acquisition part cuts out the area of the signature box of slip format data displayed on the touch panel and obtains the area as a signature image. The alteration determination part determines whether the signature image acquired by the signature image acquisition part is an image obtained by signing the slip format data by handwriting via the touch panel. The identification information acquisition part acquires information identifying the slip format data. When the alteration determination part determines that handwritten signature is performed, the composition part composes the identification information into the signature image.
