PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety evaluation method for a retaining wall, which accurately evaluates the safety of the retaining wall with consideration for the disposition of the retaining wall and a building; a safety evaluation program for a retaining wall; and a safety evaluation system for a retaining wall.;SOLUTION: A safety evaluation method for a retaining wall which evaluates the safety of the retaining wall includes the step of determining which region of the retaining wall a load distribution line descending from the lowest end of a building footing along the load distribution angle of the building passes through. In the case of the load distribution line passing through the wall part of the retaining wall, the building load is assumed to be applied to a horizontal plane at an arbitrary height between the horizontal plane including the passing point and the bottom face. In the case of the load distribution line passing through the footing part of retaining wall, the building load is assumed to be applied to the footing part. The loads applied to the wall part and the footing part of the retaining wall are calculated using the building loads applied to the respective areas.
