PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time to build a test apparatus on site.SOLUTION: An operation test apparatus integrally includes: a ground fault voltage detection terminal V0T whose one terminal is connected to one terminal of a secondary output coil of a testing-single phase transformer T of which the primary side is connected to a commercial power source CPS via a voltage regulator SD and whose other terminal is connected to the other terminal of the output coil and that is connected to a ground fault voltage detector V0S; a ground fault current detection terminal I0T that is connected serially to a secondary-side output coil and to a ground fault current detector I0S; a power source-side output terminal POT connected to a power source-side than a load switch 64 of a high-voltage bus line HVB; a load-side output terminal LOT connected to a load side than the load switch 64 of the high-voltage bus line HVB; and a ground fault current direction switching-switch SW for switching connections of one terminal and the other terminal of the secondary-side output coil to the power source-side output terminal POT and the load-side output terminal LOT to thereby selectively switch a direction of testing-ground fault current flowing in the high-voltage bus line HVB between a direction of the power source side to the load side and a direction of the load side to the power source side.
