PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser irradiation tip, a laser handpiece, a laser treatment apparatus and a laser irradiation tip end member, which can efficiently conduct cutting with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A laser irradiation tip 4, which has a tip body 5 and a tip end 6 joined to the tip body, is connected with a handpiece, and radiates therapeutic laser with high water absorbing characteristics. In the laser irradiation tip, the tip body parallelly has an optical fiber 55 for introducing the therapeutic laser, a water flow path, and an air flow path, and the tip end has a joining part with the tip body, a water guiding path communicating with the water flow path of the tip body, an air guiding path communicating with the air flow path of the tip body, a fiber guiding part allowing the front end of the fiber to get therethrough, and an air-water mixing chamber. Water and air from the water flow path and the air flow path are mixed within a depressed part 65 so that air-water mixed mist is injected through an opening of the depressed part as an injection end 65b almost in parallel with the therapeutic laser.
