Silver ear polysaccharide and a method of manufacturing the same for retinal cell protection

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tremella fuciformis polysaccharides for protecting retinal cells and a method for producing the tremella fuciformis polysaccharides.SOLUTION: Regarding a method for producing tremella fuciformis polysaccharides, natural and nontoxic tremella fuciformis polysaccharides can be obtained without using chemical agents in a process of producing the tremella fuciformis polysaccharides. Further, upon measurement of the tremella fuciformis polysaccharides, it is proved that antioxidative components such as total phenol and flavonoid are included therein. Thereby, a protective action can be exhibited to retinal cells.
