PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform delay measurement from video input to packet output, or from packet input to video output within a measurement error of 1 ms.;SOLUTION: A method of the present invention includes the steps of: storing an IP packet to which one of branched HD-SDI signals is input via a coding device in storage means with addition of time information; receiving the other of the branched HD-SDI signals; storing the time code line number of the HD-SDI signals and the acquired time information in combination with each other in the storage means by a CPU; acquiring time information of the IP packet and time information of the time code line number; and calculating the average of a plurality of lines to calculate a delay time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
