PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a contribution to stability of a distribution system by restricting use of a power-consuming apparatus, as occasion requires in a daily life, for reducing power consumption without feeling inconvenience and also by responding to a request for a reduction in power and taking measures against frequency or voltage fluctuations indicating a sign of instability of the distribution system.;SOLUTION: A household energy management apparatus comprises: connected apparatus detection means for acquiring information related to an emergency apparatus that is connected to a receptacle receiving power supply from a distribution system and is irregularly operated; operational conditions storage means for storing operational conditions of a predetermined permanent apparatus electrically connected to the distribution system beforehand therein; and operation control means for controlling an operational state of the permanent apparatus at the time of operation of the emergency apparatus on the basis of the information related to the emergency apparatus acquired by the connected apparatus detection means and the operational conditions stored by the operational conditions storage means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
