With one execution form, as for resistance environmental coating, AeAl₂ O₁₉, AeHfO₃, AeZrO₃, ZnAl₂ O₄, MgAl₂ O₄, Ln₄ Al₂ O₉, Lna₄ Ga₂ O₉, Ln₃ Al₅ O₁₂, Ln₃ Ga₅ O outside is selected from the group which consists of₁₂ and Ga₂ O₃ layer is included.
