PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common circuit module to constitute an inverter circuit, a rectification circuit, and the like, especially a small circuit module of high efficiency.;SOLUTION: A reference circuit module 12 includes arms 13U, 13V, and 13W equipped with upper arm switch parts 14Ua, 14Va, and 14Wa as well as lower arm switch parts 14Ub, 14Vb, and 14Wb, connected in series, as well as terminals 15U, 15V, and 15W provided between the upper arm switch parts and the lower arm switch parts for inputting or outputting. Each of the upper arm switch parts and lower arm switch parts includes switching elements Q1-6 or diodes D1-6.
