PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flange-integrated corrugated tube which can prevent or suppress the generation of burrs or a partially narrowed inner diameter in a part where a flange is formed.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the flange-integrated corrugated tube includes: a cutting step of cutting a metallic corrugated tube 2 with a plurality of annular protrusions 20 and annular recesses 21 in a direction perpendicular to an axial longitudinal direction of the corrugated tube 2; and a flange formation step of pressing the outer-most end protrusion positioned closest to a cut surface in the plurality of protrusions of the corrugated tube that is cut in the cutting step in the axial longitudinal direction to form a flange to be connected to a pipe. A cut of the corrugated tube 2 in the cutting step is positioned in a boundary B between a bottom of the recessed part 21a and an apex of the protrusion 20 that are adjacent to each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
