PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide selective penetration complex type zeolite separation membrane, a method for producing the same, and a carbon dioxide selective penetration separation membrane element that can achieve high carbon dioxide penetration separation property even in the coexistence of moisture and under conditions of high temperature and low pressure.SOLUTION: The carbon dioxide selective penetration complex type zeolite separation membrane includes a large number of amino group content molecules fixed into pores of a zeolite separation membrane comprising a porous substrate and a zeolite membrane formed on the surface of the porous substrate. Carbon dioxide molecules thereby pass through the inside of pores of the zeolite separation membrane by bonding/dissociation to/from an amino group of the amino group content molecules to cause membrane separation. The amino group content molecules are preferably fixed to ion exchange sites in the pores of the zeolite separation membrane by ion exchange by monoprotonated ethylenediamine. Zeolite that composes the zeolite membrane is preferably faujasite (FAU) type zeolite.
