PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure water jet washing method and a high-pressure water washing apparatus in which detergency is high even if carrying out alignment arrangement of a pillar-shaped part in a high density, and even when washing objectives differ partially with one pillar-shaped part, washing corresponding to each objective is performed simultaneously.;SOLUTION: The high-pressure water washing apparatus includes: an apparatus body 3 which contains many pillar-shaped parts B1, B2 which are called a mortar and a pestle of a tableting machine; and a lid body 2 which covers the apparatus body 3 from the upper part, wherein many nozzles N1 are rotationally attached to a pipe 7 attached to the lid body 2, and the nozzles N1 inject washing water W supplied from a washing water supplier through the pipe 7 while rotating.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
