PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC detector for which it is not necessary to be grounded by a ground wire and in which convenience is improved.;SOLUTION: A DC detector 1 includes: a measuring part 20 for measuring a voltage of wiring 2 by measuring a potential of the wiring 2 with a potential of a reference potential part 80 as a criterion; and a virtual grounding part 30 for generating plus/minus ions by applying to a discharging electrode part a DC voltage obtained by boosting a voltage supplied from a DC power source 31 with the potential of the reference potential part 80 as a criterion, and discharging the plus/minus ions from the discharging electrode part. The discharging electrode part includes a plurality of sets of plus electrodes for discharging plus ions and minus electrodes for discharging minus ions, and the plus electrodes and the minus electrodes are arranged on a circumference so as to make equal angles of neighboring electrodes to the center of a circle, and arranged alternately.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
