PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turn waiting control apparatus, a turn waiting control method and a turn waiting control program for compatibly controlling turn waiting by a reception number ticket and by time designation.;SOLUTION: The turn waiting control apparatus 1 which combines a turn determination on the basis of reception number tickets with a turn determination on the basis of time designation includes ticket issuer control means 42 for controlling a ticket issuer 2 which issues a reception number ticket to an issuance requester, reservation accepting means 43 for accepting reservation time from a terminal of a person making a reservation via a network, and number adjusting means 44 for calculating estimated starting time of a reception number subsequent to a reception number whose reception number ticket has been issued on the basis of the number of issuance requesters having received the reception number tickets and persons having made a reservation, both waiting for their turn, and an estimated amount of time required per person, and then setting number table means 48 to provisionally book the subsequent reception number as a reception number for a person having made a reservation when the estimated starting time is close to his/her reservation time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
